Our Terms and Conditions

• Our terms and conditions guarantee that all prices are charged hourly, with a minimum charge of 3 hours.
• Services may cost more if the job requires passage through a congestion charge or toll road, and any parking arrangements must be made by the customer.
• We don’t just offer reliability when it comes to moving; we also have Freight Operators Liability insurance covering items up to £20,000 with a £150 excess per claim.
• You can pay by debit/credit card (with an additional
• 5% fee), cash or bank transfer before the end of your job.
• We do our best to arrive at the agreed time; however, any delays due to traffic will not entitle you to a refund or discount.
• In addition, Removals Chippenham does not take responsibility for any damage unless acknowledged on the day of the job.
• There is an hourly charge of £15 per worker for waiting time if access cannot be gained into the property, but this can be waived with upfront payments between £30-50 depending on how many workers are needed.
• If invoices remain unpaid for storage after three months (100 days from the date of the last invoice), we will get rid of them using recycling centres, selling them to house clearance companies, donating them to charity companies or selling them privately in order to clear our spaces.
